Unlimited Energizing Group Fitness

 

KRU offers a wide variety of classes for you to cross-train within your program. Our Personal Training staff and Class Instructors are experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. All of our staff are nationally certified instructors.  The diverse group fitness classes available at KRU will accelerate the results of your Fitness or Strength membership while keeping you motivated and having fun!  Our classes are based on time, not reps. You set your pace, pick your class types, choose your weights, and work with the trainers to optimize your program. From Kettlebells to Yoga, KRU Classes have something for everyone!
