At KRU you can choose between 3 different Fitness or Strength Training Programs.

Each Program offers a different Training Focus and provides you with a customized Fitness Experience for any budget or fitness Level.  We work with you to create a personalized fitness program including weight training in group classes, semi-private strength training, or personal training. You always work with certified trainers who have your needs in mind. There are no contracts and no sign up fees.
